The only personal information we collect from website visitors is information voluntarily entered into our forms that users apply for hall rental, ask questions and contact the Grange. This information is for the exclusive use of the The Willamette Grange #52, and we only share it with members, and outside agents and contractors who agree to abide by our privacy policy.
We also access some non-identifying basic information from server logs and other resources in our network. This includes, for example, total number of visitors, pages viewed, type of browser you are using (e.g., Safari, Firefox, Chrome), type of operating system you are using (e.g., Mac OS or Windows), and domain name of your Internet service provider.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
Any information is for the exclusive use of The Willamette Grange #52, and we do not share it with anyone outside our organization. The Willamette Grange may use non-identifying basic information (aggregate data) to analyze site usage and to improve the content and design of the site. Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
